These big batch Halloween cocktails and punches truly put the "boo!" in boozy. Whether you mix up our witches' brew lemonade, harvest punch, or boozy witch's brew, all your guests will most definitely be bewitched in no time.
A jolt of tequila brings this classic lime sorbet-topped punch to life. You could add green food coloring to make it really monster-y, but we like the subtle touch of a few slices of lime.

Apple Cider Spritz
Waltzing right into fall with spiced cider and a kiss of pumpkin spice, Aperol’s orange-herbal aspects bring out the best in the cider flavors. To make a big batch, make a pitcher of the cider, Aperol, and pumpkin spice mix, then just add to glasses with ice, a garnish, and Prosecco for a cocktail as crisp and bright as the best fall day.
To get the eerie glow that looks like this came straight from a cauldron, we layered sparkling lemonade with blue curacao and purple gin for a chilling effect. And great news: The results are absolutely delicious.
Finally, the guy at your Halloween party who's still dressing up as Captain Jack Sparrow will have an excuse to say, "Where's all the rum gone?" because this spiked pomegranate-pineapple punch always disappears quickly.
We don't know exactly how pumpkin goes with so many things, but we aren't mad about it. Especially when it means we can mix up sangria made with pumpkin pie vodka.
The famous Harry Potter-themed drink, Butterbeer, gets a boozy upgrade thanks to vodka. We solemnly swear we are up to no good when we have one of these.
Making this mulled wine couldn't be easier: Combine a bottle (or two or three?) of red with some orange slices, warm spices, honey, and brandy, and let it simmer for 10 minutes. THAT'S IT.
Kick your red wine sangria up a notch with some Fireball! The cinnamon whiskey is the perfect transition into fall cocktails. If you can't find blood oranges, use cara cara or more navel oranges instead.
It's a joyous union of two beloved fall flavors: salted caramel and apple. If you really want to go all out, try serving them in apple cups. Can't find caramel vodka? You can use regular vodka and garnish the drink with a caramel drizzle.
In the Harry Potter books, pumpkin juice is traditionally served over ice for a refreshing drink that screams fall; however, you could also warm this up in a mug for something more cozy. Try it with some bourbon for the most Halloween-y hot toddy.
Sangria might make you think of warm summer nights and tropical fruits, but this apple-based cocktail will have you ready for fall. Here, we went for a white wine sangria, rounded out with spicy ginger beer and sweet apple cider.
This boozy milkshake (with its caramel rimmed glass) might seem tame, but it packs a serious punch. Mixed with bourbon and honey, it's a rich and creamy dream of a cocktail. If you love this, try out our red wine milkshakes next!
Sangria is the way to go for big batch cocktails. The classic drink only needs 5 things: Wine, liqueur, fruit, sweetener, and something bubbly. You can customize and pick your favorite of each, and you'll have your own sangria recipe that you'll be sure to love.
Cider and ginger beer might seem like a weird pairing, but with fresh fruit and cinnamon (plus bubbly!), we promise you it more than works. For a small but just as rowdy brunch, make our caramel apple mimosas instead.
With a perfectly balanced mix of light and dark rums and all our favorite juices, this punch makes every party very special. Jimmy Buffet would approve of this rum punch.
Layering fruit in the glasses makes for the prettiest sangria presentation. If you don't want to bother, add it to the pitcher—the sangria will still be pretty as hell.
Regular or sugar-free Jell-o works with this oversized, blood-red shot, and if you're not a fan of cherry, feel free to substitute any flavor of your choice. (If you can't find Fireball, an equal amount of whiskey, bourbon, or vodka also works.)
Apple cider is THE go-to when it comes to taking summery sangria into fall, but it can be a little sweet. Pair it with cranberry juice to keep it tart, and you can drink this all fall and winter long.
When the time comes for something a little more warming, we turn to this sparkling sangria. Ours features low-calorie Splenda (proving you can enjoy cocktails even when you're avoiding sugar), but feel free to swap in regular sweetener if you like.
